All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in their benefits programs on their first day of work, however not all programs go into effect immediately. Medical coverage begins on the first day of the month following a full 30 days of employment. Dental and Life coverage beings the 1st of the month following start of employment.  The 401k contributions begin at the beginning of the quarter following start of employment.  PTO is redeemable after a 90 day probationary period following the start of employment.

 

Health Benefits

In this day and age it is unheard for a company to pay the entire premium and 50% of deductible. We take pride in being able to cover 100% of all medical, life and dental insurance premiums.

Time Off & Training

We believe in living a happy and healthy life style, there is a time for work and a time for play. We offer 3 weeks of paid time off to all full time employees beginning their first year.

We also believe in continuing education. We offer employee training and tuition reimbursement programs to help you increase your knowledge in specific fields of our industry. If you invest the time and effort, we’ll invest in you.
