1999

InSequence Founded

InSequence was established in 1999 with the sole intent to provide engineering solutions and services to the then National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA).

Commercial Imagery

InSequence was responsible for creating the end-to-end engineering solution to integrate commercial satellite imagery into the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG).

2003

Development of PMAA

InSequence developed a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) based system providing the tools and capabilities for NGA to manage the lifecycle of GEOINT customer needs.

Applying Engineering Rigor to Information Technology

In support of Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC), InSequence successfully transitioned applications to support an Intelligence Community agency’s migration to a new facility by establishing a comprehensive framework of technology, policies, and processes to proactively manage Agency software.

Opened West Corporate Office St. Louis

InSequence opened our West office in St. Louis.

First Software Asset Management Engagement

InSequence launched our first SAM engagement, deploying a tool for an Intelligence Community (IC) agency. This initiative provided critical inventory and procurement insights within an environment managed by multiple IT service provider contractors.

2015

Established a Corporate Partnership with Flexera Software

Our first partnership launched our repeatable process for adapting commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software for the government space. This collaboration laid the foundation for our continued growth and innovation.

2016

First Non-NGA Contract

InSequence expanded its reach beyond NGA, securing our first contracts within the broader Intelligence Community. We architected and deployed a comprehensive Asset Management capability designed to meet rigorous security requirements.

2017

First Commercial Contract

InSequence expanded into the commercial sector by partnering with our first commercial SAM customer. We implemented a Flexera ITAM tool and provided continuous Operations and Sustainment (O&S) support, reinforcing our commitment to delivering reliable, ongoing service.

Achieved $100M in historical revenue

InSequence celebrated surpassing $100 million in cumulative revenue, marking a significant achievement since our founding in 1999.

By May 2018 InSequence reached a significant milestone with 10 active concurrent contracts, reflecting our steady growth and diverse expertise. Customers included NGA, Leidos, BAE Systems, Tanium, and Harris.

2018

First Government Prime Contract

InSequence secured its first prime contract through the GSA MAS with the U.S. Coast Guard, marking a pivotal achievement in our growth as a trusted technology partner. This contract involves the installation of a user-facing IT request portal, enhancing accessibility and efficiency for end-users, alongside the deployment of a comprehensive Software Asset Management (SAM) capability to streamline and optimize software usage across the organization.

2024

Prime Air Force Contract

InSequence achieved its largest ever contract win – supporting the Department of the Air Force’s EITaaS Wave 1 program. Supporting more than 800,000 Air Force Airmen, Space Force Guardians, and Civilian support staff globally, this contract delivers a central hub for software and hardware asset management and will ultimately help the Air Force achieve a greater Buying Power, Automated Compliance, and increased Reliability.

2024

25th Anniversary Celebration

In November 2024 InSequence celebrated 25 years in business serving our customers through both the Commercial and Public Sectors.
