All full-time InSequence employees are eligible to enroll in their benefits programs on their first day of work, but not all programs go into effect immediately. Medical coverage begins on the first day of the month following a full 30 days of employment. Dental and Life coverage beings the 1st of the month following your start of employment. The 401k contributions begin at the beginning of the quarter following your start of employment. PTO is redeemable after a 90 day probationary period following the start of employment.
In this day and age it is unheard of for a company to pay the entire premium and 50% of the deductible. We take pride in being able to cover 100% of all medical, life and dental insurance premiums. At InSequence, it is important for us to know that our employees have the best coverage available, with little or no cost to them. We go the extra mile to take care of our employees, so they can continue to take care of business.
All Savers Alternate Funding administered by United Healthcare Services is the Medical Insurance Carrier for InSequence. InSequence funds 100% of the monthly premiums and 50% of each employee deductible per calendar year. This deductible is automatically put into an employee HSA account in equal installments via each payroll throughout the year. Our current plan uses OptumRx for mail-order prescriptions. Delta Dental of Virginia is the Dental Insurance Carrier for InSequence. Our plan is the Delta Premier Plan. Diagnostic and preventative care, such as routine check-ups and cleanings, are covered at 100%. Basic dental care, such as fillings or oral surgery, is covered at 80%. Major dental care can be covered up to 50% depending on the type of procedure. The annual deductible for basic and major dental care is $50 per person. All full-time employees are eligible for dental benefits.

LIFE INSURANCE BENEFITS
Principal Financial Group is the carrier for Life, Short-term and Long-term disability for InSequence. InSequence provides a life insurance policy for $25,000 and Short-term and Long-term disability policies that meet industry standards for each full-time employee.
TIME OFF & TRAINING
We believe in living a happy and healthy lifestyle, there is a time for work and a time for play. We offer 3 weeks of paid time off to all full time employees beginning their first year.We also believe in continuing education. We offer employee training and tuition reimbursement programs to help you increase your knowledge in specific fields of our industry. If you invest the time and effort, we’ll invest in you.
VACATION & HOLIDAYS
InSequence employees have 10 paid holidays per calendar year. In addition to holidays, full-time employees receive Paid Time Off that begins at 3 weeks per year, and is earned 4.6 hours per pay period. PTO may be used as vacation time, sick time, or to take care of personal matters.
EMPLOYEE EDUCATION & TRAINING
All employees are eligible to participate in the InSequence Employee Training Program. With approval from management, InSequence will pay for employee training in technologies and industry certifications. In some cases InSequence also offers tuition reimbursement to further your education in specific fields.
401K & PROFIT SHARING

401K RETIREMENT PLAN
The 401K plan for InSequence is administered through United Retirement Plan Consultants and Nationwide Retirement Plans. The employee determines the contribution amount and the funds to which their contributions are to be invested. InSequence offers a 100% company match on the first 5% of employee contributions. PROFIT SHARING PLAN
The InSequence Profit Sharing Plan is a discretionary contribution into the employee 401K accounts based on annual corporate revenues. The level of contribution is determined by the Board of Directors and credited to employee 401K accounts annually.
EMPLOYEE STOCK OPTION PLAN
All employees are eligible to participate in the InSequence Stock Option Plan to purchase shares and become employee-owners of InSequence. Stock options are granted to employees based on sustained performance and are at the discretion of the Board of Directors. InSequence has allocated a significant percentage of the incorporated shares into the Company Stock Option plan as an incentive for employee owners.
